Vanderbilt : The Collection identity
This project consisted of a new brand creation and full marketing material for a new development of town houses on the site of the former Saatchi Gallery, known as The Collection.
Our Solution
The history of the site was seen as key in capturing the attention of prospective buyers. This led to our creative approach of ‘ borrowing’ art gallery references and name-dropping the more famous artists associated with the Saatchi Gallery. Namely Damien Hirst, whose iconic ‘dot’ paintings were the inspiration for the logo and colour-coding system for the properties.
Key elements of the campaign beyond the identity were a press flyer, an investor brochure, a consumer book, the website and showhouse film. The consumer book features die-cut windows within picture frames which offer the reader views through into the house interiors.
