Knight Frank : Primus corporate identity
We were approached by the arm of Knight Frank that deals with prime residential developments to design and produce new literature. They had identified the need to communicate their experience in central London property to developers.
Our Solution
A new brand, ‘Primus’ was created to focus attention on this this very specific offering and as well as designing the book, we produced the written proposition to explain the team’s unique skills.
The book needed to stand outside the usual Knight Frank literature formats and reflect the premium nature of the market. Silver foiling, red ‘singer-sewn’ binding and ‘short-pages’ helped raise the tone in production terms while a black and white photographic treatment created a definite visual distinction from other property communication.
