IN : Corporate identity
It's not often we get a truly blank canvas, as most clients, understandably have certain fixed ideas. But with the naming and branding of this new Dublin bar we had complete freedom.
Our Solution
This caused an outpouring of names and ideas in the studio. One of the more unusual ideas was a name that’s an instruction - and so ‘IN’ was born.
Once the name was established, copy began to write itself; ‘eat in’, ‘drink in’, ‘have a great night in’, ‘stay in till the cows go home’ and we couldn’t resist a matchbook that says ‘don’t go out’. We also got involved with the design of the bar and we positioned a giant logo at the entrance so that customers have to walk through ‘IN’ to enter the bar.
