Hamptons : Corporate identity
We were initially approached to 'refresh' the publications Hamptons were using for market appraisals. The brief was to shake-off perceptions that Hamptons were strictly a high-end estate agent and too 'conservative'.
Our Solution
After a series of workshops to identify an appropriate 'tone of voice', it was soon realised that this work remit should be widened to include more communications materials including quarterly magazines, a 'new office opening' strategy and pack design, direct mail and internal communications.
Working with photographer James Harris, we produced an attractive and comprehensive image library using real people in real properties. We supported this with a warmer, more contemporary colour palette and a considered typographic approach that suited the new concise writing style. A series of unusual publication formats provided the appropriate canvas for the new design.
In a market dominated by word-heavy gloss-laminated brochures, this fresh approach proved a popular and memorable solution.
