Hammerson PLC : 100 Park Lane
This Grade II listed building, in the heart of the Mayfair conservation area was, at the time, being used as a company HQ for Hammerson themselves. When the building was put on the market, our brief was to present multiple accommodation possibilities: A stunning corporate HQ, a grand residence or a combination of the two (it was sold as a single residence).
Our Solution
The literature design took the form of a pack containing both a case-bound sales book and comprehensive plans directory. The book, case-bound and ‘French-folded’, is a showcase for the sumptuous commissioned photography of the property. It’s enhanced by classical-influenced typography and a colour palette drawn directly from the building’s interiors. The plans directory was designed in a ‘two books in one’ cantilever format, to show both office and residential layouts.
