EHC : Four Seasons Marrakech Private Residences
This was a complete promotional campaign for a new Four Seasons development of exclusive private residences in Marrakech, Morocco. This exotic and luxurious development will be located within the grounds of a Four Seasons Hotel.
Our Solution
Key elements of the campaign were national press advertising, press launch event material, a hard-backed book and dual-lingual website.
The rich and colourful culture of Morocco inspired our visual approach. The book flaunts extravagant gold materials, foils and embossed Moroccan patterns, while dramatic photography of places and people elucidates the draw of the location far better than words. The print production quality and finish was key in reflecting the prestige of the Four Seasons brand.
The campaign was immensely successful, agents were over-welmed with enquiries and all the residences were sold within four months.
