We always appreciate a client who isn't afraid of telling it like it is. Strong communication comes from honest representation, so in order to market the freehold on a run-down ex campus building in EC1 we focused on the rough and ready vibrancy of the area and its future potential.
Our Solution
Spending two days in St John Street, we documented the comings and goings in the area, from market workers coming to work, to city types relaxing after it. This approach generated a wealth of photographs full of personality and attitude. A thick utilitarian board cover and no frills comb binding, finished off with a front cover shot of a local greasy spoon, complete this true snapshot of East London life.
