Chelsfield : No. 1 Bond Street
Property investment specialists Chelsfield approached us to produce a brochure for the sale of a freehold property in Bond Street. The sale was unusual in as much as the existing retail tenant would remain. Given that the tenant was Ralph Lauren and this was their flagship store, we focussed our creative attentions on the luxury, heritage and quality of the Ralph Lauren and Polo brands.
Our Solution
We designed a set of two books, one for specifications and one that was a purely indulgent photographic record of the beautiful interiors, architectural details and the surrounding area. Both books are packaged in a sumptuous velvet case, embroidered with the address. This piece added much value to the proposition, which was sold within weeks of the books being released.
