The site is chiefly designed as a communication device for the building management team and residents, as well as serving as a public information tool. The site features sections on the project and the development team, an image gallery and a news module. All of the content is managed via a bespoke CMS created to client specification.

The resident-specific section of the website, named Inhabit, is a dedicated area where residents are invited to get together and communicate online. It's a resource hub for news and information about the building, the apartments and the local area. It features a notice board where residents are able to post notifications of events or advertise. And there's also a user forum where individuals can ask for advice or share opinions.
