Naming was the first stage of the project, ‘Strata’ was derived from the layered approach to the building’s exterior and a reference to its immense height. The simple logotype features stylised letterforms that echo the design of turbines in the building’s roof.

This unique building required some exceptional marketing materials. We have produced both an investor document and consumer brochure. Using a rich mix of quality materials and and ‘a no holds barred’ approach to the production specification we managed to create some truly unique print. Unusual but successful binding methods are always a challenge, the clear rubber binding band used on the brochure is both original and practical. Brookfield went on to sell all 150 flats offered for sale in 24 hours.
