Hayward gallery
A world-renowned location for displaying contemporary art, The Hayward is housed in an austere 60s building that puts on large-scale exhibitions from Ansel Adams to Antony Gormley. It was opened by The Queen in 1968 and as an icon of sixties brutalist architecture, it?s one of the few remaining buildings in this style.
