Delancy : Corporate literature
Knowing what you don't want is actually a great asset when creating a true picture of any company. This was certainly true of working with Delancey. Although their business is primarily property investments and aquisitions, they didn't want a brochure filled with pictures of buildings, rather they needed a document to talk about how they do business.
Our Solution
After extensive interviews with the board, we came away with the feeling that they were quite different from their competitors and decided to depict this using simple and direct statements. As we further developed this theme, the idea of seemingly contradictory messages being used to highlight points of difference came through. The brochure makes a bold and dramatic statement in a conservative marketplace, just like Delancey themselves.
