Ico Appointed by the Wellcome Trust
Ico design consultancy is delighted to announce that they have been appointed by the Wellcome Trust, to create two interactive installations for the forthcoming ‘Medicine Now’ exhibition at their centre based on the Euston Road, London.
Ico have been appointed to explore the subject of Biometrics, beyond its orthodox applications, using design to demonstrate how this area of science is relevant to our everyday lives. Ben Tomlinson, Creative Director at Ico comments,
“We are delighted to be involved with this exhibition. As designers it gives us a unique opportunity to demonstrate how design and technology can capture the imagination and educate those who engage with it”
The installations will be in place by March 2007
