Main duties
To produce outstanding interactive design and help head up a growing interactive team within the company.
Essential skills
- Highly creative
- Ability to take a brief from start to finish
- Excellent knowledge of Flash
- Good client presentation skills
- Good typography skills
- An understanding of usability and accessibility principles
- Be able to direct juniors
Desirable skills
- Good at illustration
- Ability to create and or direct animation creatively
- Excellent understanding of technology
- Able to communicate well with other team members and clients
- The ability to understand a design brief and run brainstorming sessions.
